SpinBit

Privacy Policy

This page explains what this review site does with information about you. The site is an independent guide to SpinBit Casino. It is not the casino, it does not hold player accounts, and it never sees what you type into the operator's own forms. Because the whole point of the site is trust, we keep the data we touch as small as we can.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of this review site only. If you click through to the operator and open an account there, the operator becomes responsible for the data you give it, and its own privacy policy applies instead of this one. We do not ask you to register, log in or hand over personal details to read a review. You can read every page without telling us who you are.

What we collect

Like most websites, our hosting setup records technical details when a page is requested: the address of the page, the date and time, your browser type and an approximate location derived from the network address. These logs help us spot errors and abuse. If you write to us by email, we keep your message and address for as long as it takes to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you clearly ask for one.

Cookies and measurement

We may use a small number of cookies or similar storage to remember basic preferences and to count visits in aggregate. We use that count to see which review sections people read and which ones nobody reaches, so we can fix the weak ones. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though some small conveniences may reset each visit.

Links to the operator

Buttons and links on this site lead to the SpinBit Casino website. When you follow one, the operator and any tracking partners it uses may recognise that you arrived from us, and they may set their own cookies. We have no control over that data. Before you register anywhere, read the operator's privacy policy. Look at what identity documents it asks for, how long it keeps them and who it shares them with.

Your rights in Australia

Under the Privacy Act 1988 you can ask what personal information an organisation holds about you, ask for corrections and raise a complaint. For the little data we hold, you can make the same requests to us. Send the request using the contact method listed on this site and tell us which page you visited and roughly when. We will reply within a reasonable time and tell you what we found or why we cannot help.

Keeping data safe

We keep access to logs limited, and we delete routine logs after a short period. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise absolute protection. What we promise is that we collect little, share nothing for sale and correct mistakes when we find them. We are not able to retrieve, reset or edit anything on your casino account. For that, contact the operator through its own support channels.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practice changes or when the law requires it. The current version is always the one on this page. If a change is significant, we will say so near the top of the page rather than burying it.
